  • ½ cup bottled barbeque sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese (or vegan cheese)
  • 1 cedar plank (soaked per package
instructions) or; 1 cup mesquite or hickory wood chips, soaked and put in aluminum foil

  • Preheat grill to medium heat
  • Combine Harmony Valley Mix with the barbeque sauce, oil, and cheddar cheese. Form 3 to 4 burger patties.
  • Place on cedar plank and grill with cover on over medium-low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once or longer if cheese had not melted.
  • If using wood chips, place the foil container directly on the heating element or coals. Cook the burgers on the grate, covering the grill, over medium-low heat for up to 20 minutes, turning once. Make sure the cedar plank or the coals don’t catch a fire.
  • Have a spray bottle at hand to douse and flames, but do not wet the burgers.
