Hummus Flatbread Pizza

A quick and easy pizza with plenty of protein from the Hummus you use in place of pizza sauce!

  • 1 flatbread or Naan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp prepared Harmony Valley Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive tapenade
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 Compari or Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Brush the naan or flatbread with olive oil.
  • Add the remaining oil and garlic to the prepared hummus.
  • Spread hummus evenly over the naan or flatbread.
  • Top with tapenade, artichoke hearts, sliced tomatoes and feta cheese.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
