Healthy Hummus Wraps

Using our hummus in a sandwich wrap adds flavor, fiber, and protein without a bunch of added calories. Make these for school lunches, or pack some up to take on the hiking trail.

  • 1 small (6- to 7-inch) flour (or whole wheat) tortilla
  • 1- 2 tablespoons prepared Harmony Valley Hummus Mix
  • 3 pieces julienned carrot
  • 3 thin slices of apple
  • 2 pieces of bacon


  • Substitute smoked turkey slices and swiss cheese in place of apple and bacon.


  • Spread the tortilla with the hummus
  • Distribute remaining ingredients over the tortilla, roll up, cut in half
