A: Not yet, however we are working toward Gluten Free.

A: Yes they are.

A: Yes they are.

A: Not at this time.
Q: After water has been added to HV, how long can it keep in my refrigerator?
A: If you keep HV mixture tightly sealed, it can keep for 3-5 days in your refrigerator. This also depends on what other ingredients have mixed into HV.
Q: How long can I freeze prepared HV?
A: Keep HV sealed in an airtight container, and it can remain in the freezer for 3-6 months. When you are ready to use it, lightly mist with water for freshness.
Q: What is the ratio if I only want to use some of the HV?
A: The ratio is 1 oz/1.7 oz water which will make 2.7 oz patty (about the size of a small patty).
Q: Can I store my open dry mix?
A: Yes, store in a ziplocked, airtight container at room temperature. It will keep for 3-6 months.
Q: What is the shelf life of the unopened product?
A: Typically two years, however check your "best by" date for better specifications.
Q: Do you have to let the Hummus sit for full 20 minutes?
A: Yes, or Hummus will not be smooth.
Q: Does the oil I use affect the Hummus flavor?
A: Yes, if you use anything other than Olive Oil, the Hummus may taste different.
Q: Can I add additional seasoning?
A: Our Hummus comes ready to use as is, however it is the perfect base to add other spices and ingredients to it.
