Our HV Around the World journey is continuing to Morocco. Moroccan cooking typically consists of sweet, salty and zesty flavors. We've mimicked these delectable tastes in this hearty Tagine recipe.

Here is part 1 to our HV around the world tour. We are drawing inspiration from many different places and their famous meals for our Harmony Valley Recipes. First stop: ITALY!
This sauce is a specialty of Bologna, Italy. It will transform your pasta into something you've never tasted before. We created a deliciously rich bolognese sauce with tender mushrooms. It's traditionally put on top of tagliatelle (type of noodle) and is used to prepare "lasagne alla Bolognese."
Imagine sitting at the table with your family passing this savory, mouthwatering dish around. Everyone will enjoy the delicious adventure!

The taste of Louisiana.....Just in time for Mardi Gras!
Mardi Gras is French for Fat Tuesday, which refers to the night before fasting begins on the following Wednesday. People eat richer and fattier meals before the fasting begins- hence Fat Tuesday. Our Savory Gumbo is absolutely perfect for this upcoming event.
Gumbo, a thick, spicy stew, is traditional fare in the delta region of the south. It is usually made with poultry, fish, shellfish, or sausage. We transformed our Harmony Valley Mix into an Andouille flavored sausage to make this dish an authentic and meatless version of this time-honored recipe.

Oh the weather outside is frightful! It's snowing here in Fort Collins today, but not to worry- we've created tons of yummy meatless recipes to keep you warm! Happy Meatless Monday!
The weather is still chilly here in Fort Collins which means a great stew recipe is in order. We've created an incredibly savory verde stew with hominy for you. It's flavor is bold with rich chunks of vegetables, mouthwatering spices and our Harmony Valley Mix.

Happy Meatless Monday and Happy New Year!
We've created a deliciously spiced Gyro recipe to kick off the New Year! Gyro is an originally Turkish dish called Doner kebab. Gyro is the Greek name for this dish.
We've turned this traditional dish meatless for everyone to enjoy! It's simple to make: just add spices to our Harmony Valley Vegetarian Hamburger Mix, bake and WA-LA! You'll have an elegant yet healthy meal for everyone to enjoy.

Here is a real masterpiece for all you foodies! This meatless Monday our Harmony Valley Vegetarian Mix has outdone itself. You'll be preparing this deli specialty time and time again. It's so authentic tasting that you won't believe it's meatless. We guarantee you won't miss the original.
Our Rueben is delectable. It's so rich in flavor! We've layered rye bread with our HV Vegetarian Mix (hamburger or sausage- YOU PICK!) and cheese. We've also created a great dressing that combines horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and mayo. It's certainly one of a kind!

Happy Meatless Monday!
We've taken corned beef hash and adapted it to the vegetarian world. It's phenomenal that this recipe is meatless. You'd never notice the difference in taste or texture.
We've given you the option of using your favorite Harmony Valley Mix (hamburger or sausage). The sausage really gives it that breakfast taste with a hint of sage. Our hamburger helps adapt the dish to a later meal if you prefer.
In England, hash means just throwing something together. We've done just that: we've thrown together some spices, veggies and Harmony Valley Vegetarian Mix.
This recipe is perfect for Sunday breakfasts and brunches. It tastes just like your grandfather used to make.

Halloween is fast approaching!
