Fit2Flex is run by a husband and wife: Carissa and Kyle. They are certified personal trainers with a passion for "working out, clean eating, and living a healthy lifestyle!" Also, Chelsea posted that she had left some of our HV "meat" in the fridge and her husband had eaten it by mistake- thinking it was normal hamburger meat and said "It wasn’t as greasy as the usual taco meat" and liked it. The Family Stitchery is a family owned business of 8. They blog and review all sorts of family friendly products, recently including Harmony Valley. They mentioned that the biggest difference between ground beef and our HV Hamburger Mix is that there was no greasy mess. There wasn't grease dripping out of the tacos they made, and there wasn't grease that splattered while cooking. The family mentioned that there wasn't any taste difference and everyone finished it off and wanted more.
