Fit2Flex is run by a husband and wife: Carissa and Kyle. They are certified personal trainers with a passion for "working out, clean eating, and living a healthy lifestyle!" Carissa recently tried our Harmony Valley Vegetarian Sausage Mix on a pizza recipe she created. The El Paso times recently posted about our Harmony Valley Great Grill Challenge Winner of 2011: Lisa Martinez. Lisa is the author of the El Paso Veg Snob blog. She won our 2011 contest with her Chili Chile Cheeseburger. She added her award-winning chili on top of the burger which was something "the Harmony Valley team just couldn't get enough" of! She stated that her and her family are embracing one meatless night a week. She put our HV Hamburger into one of her families favorite dishes: nacho chips and cheese. Chelsea, the author of Someday I'll Learn, has created a site that covers a wide variety of topics surrounding everyday life. She recently reviewed Harmony Valley Vegetarian Hamburger Mix and loved it's portability. HV comes in a dry mix so it's easy to store, move, and use.

Also, Chelsea posted that she had left some of our HV "meat" in the fridge and her husband had eaten it by mistake- thinking it was normal hamburger meat and said "It wasn’t as greasy as the usual taco meat" and liked it. Chelsea said she'll "definitely be taking Harmony Valley mixes along on camping trips in the future to give our family a nice, high-protein option in a very portable package." The Family Stitchery is a family owned business of 8. They blog and review all sorts of family friendly products, recently including Harmony Valley. They mentioned that the biggest difference between ground beef and our HV Hamburger Mix is that there was no greasy mess. There wasn't grease dripping out of the tacos they made, and there wasn't grease that splattered while cooking. The family mentioned that there wasn't any taste difference and everyone finished it off and wanted more.

Mommy's Memorandum has recently reviewed Harmony Valley Vegetarian Mixes. Her son, Zac- is a vegetarian and she was worried that there would be a "division in food" amongst the family meals.
